The roots of "Daniel Raju Blood World" run deep in a story of love, sacrifice, and service. It all began in 2016 when a brave sub-inspector in Police, Daniel Raju, passed away while serving his country. Inspired by his legacy, his family and loved ones embarked on a mission to honor his memory by serving the community.
On 2017 Oct 23, "Daniel Raju Blood World" was born, with the mission of donating blood to at least one person every month. What started as a small initiative soon grew into a massive movement, with hundreds and thousands of people joining the cause.
Over the past five years, the organization has organized several programs, including blood and food donations, notably for children suffering from "THALASSEMIA", to help those in need. The COVID-19 pandemic presented a new challenge, but the organization rose to the occasion by providing critical support such as beds, medicine, and food to those in home isolation and arranging over 50 plasma donations that saved countless lives.
